Had a 2019 Civic come in Tuesday and I swear the whole week went sideways from there
Guy rear-ended a mailbox, cracked the bumper cover and dented the trunk lid on his Civic. Figured it was a quick 2 day job, pull the dent, blend the paint, hand it back. Nope. Pulled the bumper and found the rear body panel pushed in about an inch, plus the trunk floor was tweaked. Then Wednesday a Tahoe came in with the same kind of hit and I had to tell that owner the frame was bent. By Friday I had 3 cars in the shop, all waiting on parts, and I was eating a sandwich standing up at 7pm. Does anyone else notice a wreck that looks small on the outside almost always hides something worse once you get the panels off?
