Had a stubborn intermittent fault on a G1000 autopilot trim servo. The manual said to check the whole harness, but I just cleaned the cannon plug contacts with a specific solvent we had in the back (Chemtronics Flux-Off, actually) and it's been solid for a month now.

Flux-Off is for electronics, not connectors. That stuff leaves a residue. Should have used a proper contact cleaner like DeoxIT.

What about just using some isopropyl alcohol on a q-tip?
