Pro tip: poured a 10x12 slab in one go instead of two, and I still can't decide if that was right
Last month I poured a 10x12 pad for my shed and rented a mixer big enough to do it all in one shot instead of doing it in two sections on separate weekends. The one pour came out level and solid, but I had about 20 minutes of pure panic when the mix started setting faster than I could move it. The two pour plan would have been way easier on my back and I could have fixed any mistakes between slabs. Now I keep going back and forth on whether the seam I avoided was worth the stress. Anyone here done both, and which one would you pick for a 10x12 next time?
