Saw a guy in Tucson build a whole patio cover with no permits, now I can't decide if he's a genius or a warning
Stopped by my buddy's place near Speedway last weekend and his neighbor was 3 weekends deep into a 16x20 foot cover bolted straight into the block wall, and I keep going back and forth on whether rolling the dice on permits is worth it when the city takes 4 months to answer a phone call.
