Took 14 months to realize my shed foundation was too shallow for the frost line
Everyone on here says a floating deck base is fine for sheds, but after two winters in Columbus my doors started sticking and one corner sank 3 inches. Had to jack it up and pour proper footings in April, which meant basically rebuilding the whole floor. Has anyone else trusted those pre-made plastic bases for a heavy shed and lived to regret it?

Watched my neighbor's kids sled right through their plastic shed base last winter. Classic.
