My sourdough starter exploded in a Denver hotel bathroom

Was on a work trip last month. Brought my starter in a mason jar. Flight pressure must of got to it. Walked into the hotel bathroom and the lid blew right off. Starter on the ceiling, mirror, my face. Used a toothbrush and hand towel to clean it. Rebuilt it from the scrap I scraped off the sink. Turned out fine actually. Baked a decent loaf last Sunday. Anyone else travel with their starter and have it go sideways?
