Finally got my sourdough starter to double in 4 hours flat

That "doubled in 4 hours" line reminded me of my buddy Mike. He bragged his starter was bulletproof, so he left it on the counter and went to work. Came home to find the jar blown open, sticky goo all over the ceiling, and his cat licking a puddle off the floor. He measured wrong and used too much water, turned his kitchen into a sourdough crime scene.
