Swapped my cheap clippers for a set that cost triple and the difference is wild

I've been cutting hair for about a year and was using a $40 clipper set I got off Amazon, figured it was fine lol. Picked up a Wahl Magic Clip at a barber supply shop last week after my regulars kept complaining about pull and snagging. Has anyone else tried expensive clippers and felt like a total noob for using the cheap ones so long?

That $700 Dyson Animal I bought three years ago? It's still sitting in my closet, barely used. The suction is great but the thing is just too heavy to drag up and down my stairs every week. My $40 Bissell from Target does the same job with half the back pain, honestly.
