I bought a $200 'competition grade' brisket injection that was basically salty water.
Some folks swear by injections for moisture, but I think it just washed out the beef flavor. Anyone have a real injection recipe that actually works?

Just beef broth and a little Worcestershire worked for me.

Wait, just Worcestershire? @paul_stone29, that stuff is pure salt! My mom tried that once in a gravy and it was like licking the ocean. I had to drink three glasses of water. How did your broth not turn into a salty mess? Even a little bit makes my whole mouth pucker up.

Man I feel you on that salt thing, it's wild how little Worcestershire can take over a whole pot of broth if you aren't careful. It's just like barbecue sauce or soy sauce at cookouts, people splash it on without tasting first and then wonder why everything is brine city. Feels like we all gotta learn that with strong flavors, a tiny bit goes a long way and you can always add more later.
