I spent 6 episodes thinking the main character was someone else entirely
Was watching a new crime show my friend recommended and for the first 6 episodes I thought the quiet guy in the background was the main detective. Nope. That was a random witness. The actual lead had a beard and glasses in episode 1 then shaved both off and I never put it together. My friend laughed at me for like 10 minutes when I finally asked why the witness was still showing up at crime scenes. Has anyone else mixed up characters like this?
