My binge of The Wire died at season 3 because my internet kept cutting out, and I'm weirdly mad about it
So I finally started The Wire two weeks ago after years of people telling me it's the best show ever. I was flying through it, like 4 episodes a night, until last Tuesday when my wifi started dropping every 20 minutes. I'd be right in the middle of a scene and boom, buffering wheel of death. It happened like 7 times during one episode and I just gave up and went to bed. The worst part is I was really into the whole Avon vs Stringer thing and now I've lost all momentum. I tried watching on my phone with data but my screen is too small and I kept missing stuff. Now the disc I rented from the library is sitting on my coffee table and I keep looking at it like it owes me money. Did anyone else have a show ruined by tech stuff, or am I just being dramatic?
