PSA: I used to watch shows with my phone in my hand the whole time

I was always scrolling through social media while streaming, thinking I could multitask... but I kept missing key plot points and having to rewind. Last month I started putting my phone in the other room during episodes and it made the stories way more immersive. Has anyone else found a trick to actually focus on a show without distractions?

My husband kept telling me this and I totally rolled my eyes at first.

@taraj11 right? I kept brushing it off too but then I actually tried it and realized I was being stubborn for no reason. Happens to the best of us, especially when we think we already know better.
