Tried to watch one episode of Severance before bed last night

That was a mistake. I started at 10 PM and finished the whole first season by 4 AM. The show just pulls you in with its weird office mystery and you have to know what's next. My alarm at 7 was not a fun time. Anyone else completely lose a night's sleep to a show that good?

Oh man, I know that feeling. I did the exact same thing with that show, the cliffhangers are just mean. That last episode had me so stressed I couldn't even think about sleeping.

I used to think I could just watch one episode of anything before bed. Severance changed that real quick, I was up until 3 AM on a Tuesday.

Tell myself I can only start a new show on a Friday night, no exceptions. That way if I get sucked in, I only ruin a weekend morning, not a work day. Totally feel you and wendy978 on those cliffhangers, they're designed to destroy your sleep schedule. Now I keep my phone in another room so I can't just tap "next episode" without getting up. It's the only thing that saves me from myself with shows that good.
