Thought Betrayal at House on the Hill was all hype until I played it 3 times last weekend

A buddy forced me into a 6 player game and I figured it would be random chaos. Turned out the way the rooms build out actually creates some tense moments, like when I got trapped in the attic alone with the ghost. Anyone else find a game they wrote off that surprised them?

Three games in one weekend? I'd need a nap after that, not sure it's that deep. Yelling at someone over a door choice in a board game sounds like a little much, but hey, whatever gets you hyped I guess.

Just keep an eye on how many players you throw in there. 4 is the sweet spot, 6 gets too crowded and the haunt takes forever. You'll know a game has legs when you're yelling at your buddy for making a bad door choice.
