inHit 20,000 drawings in AutoCAD today and had to sit down
Jumped into that myself a few years back. I was moving files around and noticed I had hit 15,000 without even realizing it. It really makes you stop and think about all those late nights and weekends. I started keeping a notepad just to log when I hit new round numbers after that. Its a good feeling when you look back on the work you've done, even if the days blend together sometimes.

inOverheard a telco guy say he never uses gel-filled connectors on aerial drops anymore
@rayy83 blue gel crimps are trash for aerial, plain butt connectors with 88 tape is the way.

inMy uncle told me to always grease the seatpost, even on carbon frames. I ignored him for years until a customer brought in a seized Ritchey.
Old guys been right about everything from frames to relationships in my experience.

inShowerthought: A client in Boise said she'd rather have a healthy scalp than perfect volume
My buddy Dave (works the chair next to me) has this attachment that drops the heat by like 30 degrees and he swears by it for the first pass. I tried it on a curly-haired lady last week and she went from flinching to almost falling asleep. It’s wild how something small like that can totally change the whole vibe.

inGot told my pack straps were all wrong by a guy at a trailhead in Colorado
80% of beginners have loose straps. The other 20% are still trying to figure out which end goes up.
