Hit 200 spine labels sewn this morning, never thought I'd care about that number
I've always just slapped them on with glue but after watching a YouTube guy explain how sewn labels last decades longer and seeing my first one from 6 years ago still perfect I gave it a shot and now I'm hooked, anyone else find a random milestone that made them switch techniques?

Oh man, I had the exact opposite problem. I used to hand stitch every single one like some kind of obsessed librarian, then I realized my glue work was actually holding up fine and I'd wasted hours of my life for nothing. Now I'm stuck in this weird purgatory where I can't go back to glue but I'm still not fast at sewing. So basically I just make everything take twice as long now, but hey, at least it'll survive a nuclear apocalypse.

Man, did your hands ever cramp up from all that hand stitching?
