My greenhouse heater gave out during that cold snap in February

Grabbed a few old incandescent bulbs and hung them as a quick heat source.

Honestly, that's a pretty clever hack. Those old bulbs do pump out a surprising amount of heat. Just watch they don't touch anything that could catch fire.

Remember trying that in my old apartment and my cat tried to use the bulb as a pillow. Woke up to a weird smell and a cat with a warm, lopsided ear. I mean, it worked for heat, but I spent more on vet bills than I saved on my heating bill. Probably should have just worn another sweater.
