Frozen veggies beat fresh for my wallet and my meal plan

I used to think fresh produce was the only way, but last month I compared my grocery receipts and fresh spinach was costing me about $4 a bag while frozen was $1.50 for the same amount. What convinced me was reading the nutrition labels, frozen corn and peas actually had more fiber because theyre picked at peak ripeness. I started swapping them into my stir fries and soups, no one in my house even noticed the difference. Anyone else found a frozen swap that saves cash without tasting like a compromise?
