My friend Dave told me airlines release their cheapest seats at 2 AM on Tuesdays. I woke up at 1:45 AM last week to book a flight from Austin to Denver. The price was $187, which was actually $20 more than what I saw on Wednesday afternoon. Did some digging and found out that pricing changes are random based on demand, not a secret time slot.
