Honestly, my grocery bill was insane until I tried something different last month.
Tbh, I switched to only shopping the outer aisles for a whole week and spent $87, which is way less than my usual $140. Has anyone else tried a strict perimeter rule to cut costs?

Wait, what do you even eat then? Like, no pasta or cereal at all?

Used to think the same until I tried cutting them out for a month. Found I felt way less bloated and had more steady energy. Now I just eat more meat, veggies, and potatoes instead. Honestly don't miss the pasta much.
