Tried the $1 meal prep challenge and my grocery bill hit $23 for the week
I decided to see if I could feed myself for under $30 a week like those bloggers claim. I bought rice, beans, eggs, frozen veggies, and some chicken thighs on sale. By day three I was so bored I ate instant ramen just for a different flavor lol. Ended up wasting $4 of chicken that went bad because I didn't plan the meals right. So my 'win' was really a $27 experiment in realizing cheap eating needs more variety. Has anyone else tried those extreme budget challenges and just ended up craving a normal burger?
