Serious question, my car's AC died in Phoenix last July and I had to get creative.
I was driving to work and the air just went hot, and a repair quote came back at $1,200. I bought a $30 sunshade, used a spray bottle with water for my neck, and drove with the windows down for the whole month. What's the most you've saved by just dealing with an annoying problem instead of fixing it right away?
