Hit 500 pounds of custom sausages this month without even trying to count

I was just tallying up my monthly orders for my side gig and realized I'd done exactly 500 pounds of sausage since New Year's. I mean, I knew I'd been busy but that number caught me off guard. It's mostly bratwurst and Italian with a few kielbasa runs for a Polish deli out in Portland. The thing that gets me is I'm just using a home grinder and a stuffer I found on Craigslist. Has anyone else hit a random milestone like that and just stopped to think about it?

Bet the grinder's motor is gonna give out right when you hit 1000 pounds.
