I gave a 1-star review for a popular coffee maker and got a free replacement
My $80 drip machine from a big brand started leaking after 4 months, so I wrote a detailed negative review on the store site. The company actually saw it and sent me a new model with a note asking me to update my feedback. Has anyone else had a brand reach out directly because of a bad review they posted?
