Spent 4 hours hunting down a review that didn't exist

Honestly I was trying to leave a review for a local landscaping company I hired last spring to trim some oaks. I searched their name on Google and Yelp and kept getting redirected to some other business with the same name two towns over. Took me forever to realize they had a typo in their Google Business listing so the page wasn't showing up right. By the time I found their actual profile I had wasted like 4 hours across three days. Has anyone else had a business just vanish from search results like that?

Wait, a typo in their Google Business listing? That is wild. How did you even figure that out? I would have given up after like 20 minutes and just assumed they were a ghost company or something. Honestly that makes me mad just reading it, like Google’s system is already a nightmare to deal with, and then a simple typo breaks the whole thing. Props to you for actually tracking it down. I would have just called them instead.
