PSA: My $400 digital angle gauge was a total game changer for installs
I used to fight with my old magnetic level and a speed square for every single cabinet setup, especially on floors that were not flat. Bought a Wixey digital gauge last year and it cut my install time on a big kitchen job in half because I could get perfect reveals and shim points in seconds. Anyone have a different brand they like better for this kind of work?

Cut my install time in half" is the real sell. I had the same moment with a laser level. That one tool just stops all the second-guessing on long runs. Makes the whole day less of a fight.

Hold up, I gotta push back on that! For a quick trim or a simple picture, I'm still reaching for my old bubble level every time. Fumbling with a laser, setting it up, making sure the batteries aren't dead... it adds more steps for small jobs. Sometimes the simple tool is just faster.
