Heads up about that indoor storage place off I-65 in Louisville

I was down there last month checking out a spot to keep my Mustang for the winter. The place looked fine from the outside but I noticed this puddle near one of the bays that kept getting bigger. I asked the manager and he said it was just condensation from the AC but I came back three days later and that same spot had mold growing up the drywall about a foot. If you're looking at any storage place, bring a flashlight and check the corners and the ground real close. Has anyone else run into hidden water damage at a storage facility?

I saw a news report about mold at a storage place causing someone's furniture to get ruined.

And that mold spreads fast, gets into everything if they don't catch it early.
