A temp at my office asked why I keep a career journal and it got me thinking

She said it like it was weird, but I've been writing down one thing I learn each week for 4 years now, and flipping back through it shows how much my thinking has shifted since that first entry in 2021. Do any of you track your career growth in a notebook or app, or am I just a weirdo who over-documents everything?
