I stopped tracking my billable hours to the minute
I used to log every 6-minute block for client work, down to the second, because I thought that was the only way to be fair. Then last year I missed a family dinner because I was fixing a time entry mistake from 3 weeks prior. Has anyone else dumped strict time tracking for a flat-fee or project-based model?

Honestly, I'd lose a solid 3 hours just trying to remember what I even did last Tuesday.
