Why does nobody talk about how switching to a 4-day workweek changed my team's output?

I moved my 5-person team to a compressed 4-day schedule 6 months ago, and our project completion rate actually went up by 20% instead of crashing. But now I'm hearing some clients complain about slower turnaround on Fridays. Am I missing something, or has anyone else seen this split in results?

That 20% jump is real. My friend's team did the same thing and their numbers went up too. The Friday complaints are always loud but the work speaks for itself. People get more done in four focused days than five scattered ones. Clients adjust once they see the quality doesn't drop.
