Fought a door frame install for 3 hours before realizing I was using the wrong shim
Spent most of Saturday morning trying to get a prehung door plumb in a 1920s house in Salem, and it kept twisting no matter what I did. Turns out I grabbed the composite shims instead of the wood ones, and the wood ones fixed it in about 10 minutes, anyone else ever chase their tail on something that simple?
