My neighbor the retired chef told me frozen veg are better than fresh for cheap stir fry
Caught him while he was grilling last Saturday and he said they get flash frozen at peak ripeness and cost half as much - now I keep a bag of frozen broccoli in my freezer and it actually tastes better than the sad fresh stuff I used to buy that went bad in 2 days, anyone else made the switch from fresh to frozen for weeknight dinners?

frozen veggies are legit for stir fry. that flash freezing thing is real, way better than limp fresh stuff.

Totally feel you on that @jordan305, I swear frozen peas and broccoli have saved my stir fry game more times than I can count. Always have a bag in the freezer for nights when I forgot to buy fresh.
