Zipper failures are pretty much a given in this line of work. Had a suit pop on me at 60 feet a few years back and learned to treat every zipper like it's got a time bomb on it. Sounds like you got lucky with the backup air and a good tender.

Funny thing is most people raise prices but don't change how they deliver... I think the real magic comes from tightening your process at the same time so you actually keep more of that higher rate instead of working more hours for it.

Yeah but water thins paint, you need actual primer for adhesion on raw surfaces.
