The shift from hell that turned into my best night ever

Last Friday was chaos from the jump - we had a 50-top come in at 7pm with no reservation and half the walk-in was broken. Somehow everyone on the line locked in, I ran expo like a man possessed, and we cleared the whole thing in under 90 minutes without a single ticket coming back. Has anyone else had a night where everything just clicks after starting off as a total disaster?

Calling it your best night just shows you've accepted the chaos as normal instead of fixing the real problem - a 50-top with no reservation shouldn't even be a thing.

Does that mean you never take walk-ins at all? Because sometimes the chaos is what makes the night memorable. Sounds like your team killed it, and that's a good feeling.
