He described flowers opening on the same date each year, but now it's all over the place. How has plant timing changed for you?

I read that DC's cherry blossoms are peaking way earlier now, like weeks ahead of when they did decades ago. My own daffodils popped up in February this year, which just felt wrong. The whole schedule is definitely shifting.
