The dead mall parking lot in Fresno changed my mind about solar
Drove past the old Fashion Fair mall last week and the entire empty lot is now a solar field, maybe 5 acres of panels feeding the grid. I always thought rooftop solar was the only way but seeing that dead concrete turned into something useful made me realize we should be pushing harder on repurposing urban wasteland. Anyone else seen weird spots get converted that changed their take on what climate action looks like?
