Coolant hose burst on a Friday, shop smelled like a swamp all weekend
Was running a 3 inch face mill on the 4020 when the coolant line blew right at the fitting, sprayed rusty water all over the control panel and the floor drain clogged instantly. Took me 2 hours to mop up with absorbent, and now the machine's acting up on the Z axis. Anyone else had a coolant line blow and mess with their spindle drive?

Swear to god, rusty water on a control panel is my nightmare, and you mopped it up in 2 hours? That's impressive, but your Z axis acting up now has me worried it got into the encoder or something.
