Finally trusted an IDE debugger after avoiding it for 6 months

I kept using print statements even after my mentor said "step through the loop, you'll see it," but tracing that variable at line 47 in my React project showed exactly where the state was mutating, so has anyone else been stubborn about debuggers and what finally made you switch?
