Honestly, my $40 gooseneck kettle felt like a waste at first
Ngl, I just used it for tea for months. Then I tried a proper pour-over with it last week and the control was a total game changer. Anyone else have a piece of gear they slept on for way too long?

Isn't it crazy how you buy something for one job and it turns out to be perfect for another? I had that with a decent kitchen scale. Bought it for baking, then realized it made my coffee routine so much better. Makes you wonder what else we're all using wrong, right?
