I finally gave in and tried a light roast after years of avoiding them

My friend in Seattle made me a pour-over of a Kenyan bean, and the bright, fruity notes completely changed my mind. What's a coffee opinion you've completely flipped on?

Always thought adding salt was nuts until it saved a super bitter cup.

Hated the idea of cold brew for years. Thought it was just watered down iced coffee. Tried a good one last summer and now I'm hooked.
