My first memory of coffee is the smell from my grandpa's percolator. Now, I spend weekends trying out new brew methods.

Nostalgia in a cup. What got you into trying new brew methods? For me, it was after I had a bad cup of diner coffee and thought there had to be better ways. I started with a French press, which was a big change. Then I moved on to pour over, like using a Chemex. Now I'm even messing around with cold brew setups. It's fun to see how each method changes the taste.

That cold brew setup @hall.alex mentioned really is a game changer for smooth coffee. Just don't steep it too long or it gets kinda bitter, found that out the hard way.

Nah I kinda like when it gets bitter. That stronger taste works for me. Honestly I just stick with instant most days.
