Was dead set against cold brew until I tried it at a shop in Nashville
I always thought cold brew was just overpriced iced coffee for people with more money than sense. Then I stopped into a little place off 12th South called Just Love Coffee and grabbed a cold brew on a 95 degree day. It was smooth with zero bitterness, nothing like the acidic stuff I'd made at home before. Has anyone else had that moment where you realized you were wrong about a coffee method for years?

...and that's exactly how I got suckered into paying five bucks for what I thought was fancy iced coffee. Turned out the stuff I'd been burning at home was basically bitter leaf water compared to the real deal. Now I've got a cold brew setup on my counter and my wallet is definitely feeling that 95 degree day all over again.

Wait until you try making cold brew with tap water, the coffee tastes like a swimming pool.
