Serious question, has anyone else's phone started acting weird after trying that 'find your phone's true signal' app from that one forum?

I downloaded it last Tuesday, and now my battery drains in 4 hours and I'm getting ads for survival gear in Spanish, which makes me wonder if that 'free tool' was just a data siphon for something bigger.

Been there lol. Factory reset your phone immediately, then change all your passwords from a different device. That app was definitely malware.
