A client's comment about my highlight placement changed my whole approach
Last month a regular told me my foils were too uniform, she said they looked like stripes instead of natural sun light. At first I was kinda offended, but then I looked at her hair in the salon mirror and she was right. I've started weaving in thinner sections and alternating the angle of my foil placement since then, and my last three color corrections came out way softer. Has anyone else gotten criticism that stung at first but turned out to be the best advice you ever got?
