After 10 years, I finally tested the red light therapy panel my esthetician swore by
I bought a $220 panel last month for a client who kept asking about it, and after using it on my own rosacea for 3 weeks, the redness on my cheeks has visibly calmed down, so have any of you seen real results with these on aging skin or is it mostly placebo?

So are you also tracking how many times you use it per week, or just kind of eyeballing the redness? Because I got one of those cheaper panels too, and my skin flipped out the first two weeks before it settled, so I wonder if your rosacea just adapted or if the light really did something. Also, what wavelength does that panel put out, cause some of them are mostly just red LEDs with no near infrared, and that matters a ton for deeper skin stuff. Curious if you noticed any change in texture or pore size, or if it's strictly the redness that improved. The placebo thing is real though, hard to tell when you're staring at your own face every day.
