Why does nobody talk about how much a clean cape changes a shampoo bowl
Last Tuesday I watched a stylist at the shop next to mine in Toledo swap out a stiff old neck strip mid-shift and her client visibly relaxed in the chair. I started doing the same thing with a fresh towel under my own strips and my rinse complaints dropped to zero that month. Anyone else got a tiny swap like that which made clients notice more than the actual haircut?
