The $30 bird bath that turned into a neighborhood joke, then a landmark
Found a listing for a cracked ceramic bird bath with a photo so blurry it looked like a UFO. Paid $30, fixed the crack with epoxy, and now my squirrels have a fancy drinking fountain. Has anyone else bought something ugly just because the listing made you laugh?

Man, that reminds me of the time I bought a lamp shaped like a giant flamingo just because the seller said it "glowed with personality" and it was actually just cracked and sad.
