My friend in IT support told me my 'password123' was so weak it made him physically wince.
He said it was like leaving my front door open with a neon sign, so now I use a password manager and make them all look like random keyboard smashes.

Yeah, I was always the person trying to make some clever phrase... but @jessesingh is right, a total random smash is actually way more secure. My IT buddy showed me how those "clever" passwords get cracked first in lists. Now my go-to is just mashing the whole top row like "qwertyuiop" mixed with some numbers.
