Actually, your phone totally can access that info, it's all over YouTube and learning apps. The thing is, it won't teach you in a structured way like a real class or a personal tutor would. It has all the parts, but putting them together in the right order for you to actually learn is the hard part. You need a plan, and your phone is pretty bad at making one for you. So it's less about the info not being there, and more about how it's presented.
