My portable monitor died mid-flight presentation in Bangkok last week

Had a client waiting on a screen share from the airport lounge and the whole thing went black, so I had to finish the pitch using just my phone hotspot and a napkin sketch, has anyone found a reliable backup screen that actually survives airline carry-on abuse?

That ASUS ROG Strix 16 inch has held up for me through three overseas trips and a drop onto concrete. Did your monitor have a hard case or was it just in your carry-on pocket?

Mine was loose in my backpack. Screen's still fine. Probably just lucky.
